Asian Inc.’s housing program is a HUD-approved local housing counseling agency that creates and provides affordable housing in San Francisco for low to moderate income families. Through public & private partnerships, Asian Inc. has mobilized over $62 million in funds for affordable housing projects in San Francisco city and county, assisting in new construction and rehabilitation of more than 800 housing units and directly managing more than 250 units.  Our programs include:
