About Chanpan: Chanpan is an Asian American band featuring Grace Dumdaw and identical twins Lance and Matthew Tran. Since their start busking the streets of Chinatown, they’ve already been praised by Vogue as a “very cool New York band”, covered in New York Times’ T Magazine, and featured by Live Nation’s Ones to Watch. The trio’s individual accolades in politics, community organizing, and film & television have been featured by The New Yorker, HBO, Billboard, CNN, and more. Their music combines dance pop, jazzy soul, and energetic vibes, earning them 540k+ streams on Spotify with singles like "Jungle" and "ooweeooweeoo." Chanpan is embarking on their first national US tour on their “Election Year” campaign, critiquing the American political landscape through the single while stopping to promote grassroots community-building in each city.
