By participating in the First-Time Homebuyer Education and Certification Course, you will learn about the basic eligibility requirements for a mortgage, as well as how to improve your credit score and strengthen your financial management skills. In addition, the course will guide you through each step of the homebuying process—including how to choose the right property, make an offer, and close the deal—helping you feel more prepared before purchasing a home.

Workshop details:
The workshop is divided into two parts, with a one-hour break in between. You must attend both parts.
